• Application usage: notifications viewed, surveys participated, training progress.
• Device information: device type, OS, app version (for maintenance and improvement purposes).
• We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g., location, contacts, financial data) outside internal HR records.

2. Purpose of Use

To provide internal services: notifications, news, payroll/bonus viewing, training, and surveys. Improve stability, security, and communication efficiency. Data is used internally only and not shared with external third parties.

3. Data Security

All data is stored securely within company systems. Access is limited to authorized staff. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

4. User Rights

Employees may request access, correction, or deletion of data via the HR department. You may uninstall the app anytime if you no longer wish to use it.
